1. Owner and Acceptance
These terms govern the use of gooselux.com and the purchase of digital guides from GOOSELUX LLC, with a business address at 1057 NW 136TH AVE, MIAMI, FL 33182. By browsing the website, placing an order, or using a guide, you accept these terms and the policies linked on this page.
You must be at least 18 years old or use the service under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
2. Products and Permitted Use
The guides contain educational content about pet behavior, well-being, nutrition, and care. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.
- You may not resell, publicly share, sublicense, or redistribute the files.
- You may not extract the content to create a competing product or present it as your own.
- You may use what you learn to care for your own pets.
3. Prices and Promotions
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR). The applicable amount is the amount shown in the summary before checkout begins. When Stripe is enabled, taxes and the final amount will be displayed in its checkout.
Promotions and strikethrough prices apply only during the period indicated on the website or, if no date is specified, until the price is changed. They cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and do not apply retroactively to previous purchases.
4. Trial Periods and Subscriptions
We currently do not offer subscriptions, recurring charges, or trial periods. All guides are sold as one-time purchases. If a subscription or trial is offered in the future, its duration, subsequent price, renewal, and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.
5. QA Checkout and Payments
QA Checkout is a simulation: it does not process payments, generate charges, or constitute a purchase or delivery commitment. Data entered in QA is stored only in your browser.
When Stripe Checkout is configured, the order will be sent to Stripe to complete payment securely. Gooselux does not request or store your full card numbers. An actual order is considered accepted only when payment is shown as confirmed.
6. Delivery, Cancellation, and Refunds
Digital delivery terms are described in Delivery and Returns. One-time purchases may be canceled before payment; after a confirmed payment, the Refund Policy applies. Please also review the Cancellation Policy.
7. Educational Content and Animal Health
The guides are not a substitute for diagnosis, veterinary care, or advice from a qualified specialist. Every animal is different. If your pet experiences pain, illness, sudden behavioral changes, or an emergency, contact a veterinarian.
8. Availability and Liability
We may correct errors, update content, and modify or discontinue products. We do not guarantee that the website will be free from interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Gooselux is not liable for indirect damages arising from misuse of the website or from applying the guides without considering the animal's individual needs. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
9. Governing Law and Contact
